50 year old home with a 20 year old shingle needed to have the roof replaced and ventilation work done.  Roof replaced using the CertainTeed XT30 3-tab traditional shingle in Gray Frost with a 30-year limited transferable warranty against manufacturing defects.

Ventilation work included a ridgevent on all roofs, except small dormers, from gable end to gable end.  Installed 4” x 16” soffit vents to add to the vented dripedge already there.  Debris was picked up at the end of the day and placed in a trailer.
